Purchased the fan at wal-mart. Would buy new or used one if I could find one. So far no luck. If I can't find another fan, new or used, looking for the fan motor. 200 Watt. Three speed with thermostat control.

An electrical repair shop could probably repair your motor. Chances are good that the repair would cost you far more than the purchase price of a new unit. A 20" box fan is a standard unit and are sold dirt cheap by the likes of WalMart..

If the fan is over a year old, its unrepairable. Planned Obsolence has raised its ugly beek. Buy another.

If you sitll have the receipt, exchange it. If not, you're probably better off getting a new one. It'd be cheaper too...
