Some people define punk a little differently....IF you include the New Wave/Synth 80's punk, then I would tell you of a great band who had two EP's called Calculated X. They were a Memphis band who to my knowledge never got beyond a local label, but they had a big regional following and got tons of airplay on the local rock station. You'd probably only find them in vinyl, but I bet they'd sound great on CD if they ever issued their music that way.
