I think the best thing was to limit the amount of years given to welfare recempients. ALTHOUGH, this program should have gone years ago, It limits your ability to make money, to follow a dream. I would say enough is enough IM READY FOR A BLACK PRESIDENT.

I believe Clinton done alot of good things.
Republican supporters tend to trash him, but he is 10x the president that Mr. Bush could ever be!
As for a black president, don't get me wrong I am in no way racist, but every black candidate I have ever seen is more concerned about blacks than what's going on in the world.
Look at Al Sharpton, all he could talk about was blacks, when faced with other questions he was dumbfounded or lacked interest in answering those questions.
These are not the qualities of a good president, you need to be concerned globally!
But then again Bush is concerned about one specific group too...

so everything he did pales in comparison to that
