A thesaurus is a book of words with similar, related, or opposite meanings. So this can be any book such as a dictonary; which most produce words of similarity for definition. A book of jargon, text, index, etc etc.

"Libersynonary"

'Liber' - latin meaning book (for example, LIBrary) ( and these sorts of words often have a latin prefix or suffix)

'synon' - short for synonym (aka what is in a thesaurus)

'ary' - well it needed a suffix, and dictionARY ends like that!
