actually it does.. no human being can survive by itself, at least not well.. humans are social beings and by definition need people around them, and if you are gonna have them around you.. you might as well care about how they are and what they do

Try doing an act of kindness for someone you don't even know, without the idea or mention of a reward. The feeling you get is so incredible, you'll want to feel this way all the time. It is something that no amt. of money or gifts can bring you. to top it off it is the right thing to do, if we cannot count on each other, then we are truly lost.

We are human, and created as such. It's those of this world who don't care that make life so difficult. The example of Christ dying for us is the perfect explaination of caring. Who would die for a friend? Why would you, because you care. It's unconditional love sent from God to the hearts of man.

It is being studied right now. Scientists have found a natural human instinct to help others in need. It is probably an instinct that evolved for survival of the species.

Because it is the right thing to do. We should be taught from childhood to care for other people and consider their feelings before speaking and acting.
