knowing all well they wiil never meet yor hope and dreams or finding that great friend that you know will always be there, loving you, supporting you, but lacking in that burning fire of love???

Tough question! I guess it really depends on what is important to you. I happen to think that a great friend that will always be there and supportive AND burning fire are equally important.
I also think carrying on a relationship with someone you know will never meet your hopes and dreams is a dead end road.

burning fire of love?? lol i dont care who you talk to but not everyone that loves each other has the "BURNING FIRE OF LOVE". i love my gf and i would do anything for her but its not a burning fire but more like a mutal accecptance and quite a bit of work. dont get me wrong there are people deeply in love out there but my guese is that only 10 percent of love is everylasting burning fire of love.

I"d hold out for love. . . but committ to it when you find it... It's a lot of work to keep the fire burning...but it's very rewarding.

Love is BS, be her friend and know yourself and what you want. If you want her, and she wants you and you both have same goals and way of thinking in life.. bingo!
