Call customer service. If you have tried different numbers since it locked, you may have to get a new sim card. Cost: $8 to $25. Could take it to a motorola dealer. Good luck.

If your phone is locked, it's can only be unlocked by knowing the code that was originally put in it, but they are all different. It's usually a setting on the phone that the owner of the phone creates.

You have to ring up and get youir individual code. Do it soon or your sim will fry.
