I do not quite follow you, but if you are asking how can I go after somebody because of a repair issue with the house you just bought. If you did not have the house inspected you are out of luck.

Before you bought the house didn't you have some one inspect it? If you did not then I don't think there is anything you can do. Unless you had the house inspected but the owners hid the bad stuff There not much you can do. That why they say Buyer Beware.

I don't think you can unless it exceeds the value of the house. Prior to purchasing a home you should get an inspection (electrical, roof, plumbing, etc..)

Once you sign ...its yours! Good luck.

If there was a defect in the home that the old owner knew about and didn't disclose, you can sue them. If it's a small amount, do it in small claims court.
