Good thing "superman" and "judas rabbi" decided to sign in, to tell us that they had no answer to your question. That's helpful.

i ahve a memnory foam topper and it kicks butt! i've been answering lots of questrions about it today, actuially. its soft, but i don't sink in too far and it has little channels so it doesn't get too hot. it wasn't cheap but its totally worth it. i think i'll get a bed pretty soon, when i get the money. just don't go cheap!

one of my friends got one at costco and it fell apart in like two months. i've had mine for like six months now and its fine. it also comes with a 20 year warranty. definitely the bets ones. get it at http://www.a1mattress.com

First, determine if you do indeed have back problems though a medical professional. No mattress can cure a medical problem. Second: the memory (also known as Visco or Space foam) foam is a 'firm' foam (only 3% of the population can sleep on a firm surface. Firm does not equal support, it equals pressure on a naturally not-flat body) and is hot to sleep directly on (i.e. brand name of a all-foam matt Tempurpedic). Foam mattresses does, with body warmth and body weight, conform to and support a body well. I owned several major mattress brands with innersprings and I have slept on a mattress that is full-foam (layered with a VPF base foam, Visco and a open Matrix type foam by King Koil in they're Natural Response line) since last year and it is FANTASTIC!! No motion is felt from parter or child and we all sleep better/deeper for a longer time. Additionally, foams cannot bend or break, do not support mold, mildew or dustmites and have been used by Hopitals (even in burn units) and in Europe for over 100 years. unlike waterbeds - no hammoking and they're light weight. Unlike air mats: no motors, valves and tubes to fail. As you can tell, I've done a little reasearch and I sleep better becasue of it. I hope this helps.

I can't speak for the bed, but I use one of those foam pillows, and they are awesome, I used to have a stiff neck and I don't now, and my snoring has improved. I can only assume they work great based on that.

I tried a m.f. mattress topper. Like a board.
