Subway

That depends on where you're at... Subway, as mentioned, is always a good option...
Some places have a chain called The Pita Pit, or Xtreme Pita... where everything is pretty fresh, and served on pitas (which, correct me if I'm wrong... have less carbs than hoagie buns, if that's what your concern is)

Also, most fast food places now offer healthier menus, (salads, etc...) One of the best things you can do is drink water, milk, or juice with your meal (diet soda works too) and order small portions. Fast food's often oversized...

How about some eggsellent Oriental... Place called Fortune Cookies in Los Alamitos...The menu creator is a nutritionist, and the meals a tiny bit pricier, but absolute YUM!
AAnd Togo's has some great lunch specials...1/2 sand/+ or 1/2soup, or 1/2 salad...

Subway has great tasting sandwiches. If you're not into sandwiches, Fazoli's has pretty healthy selections for pasta. Wendy's salad is great too.

In the San Francisco area, High Tech Burrito has great heart-healthy burritos as well as vegetarian and vegan selections.

Au Naturals. They make the best salads and greatest sandwiches around. Fabulous food, and all natural!! Their breads are to die for. I know there is one in Portland, Maine and in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Unbelievable lunches!! Very tasty and substantial!!

I hope this helps.

There are lots of fast food places offering low fat options. If I had to pick one, it would be Subway.

Subway...they have a great lower fat menu, just be careful not to add the higher fat/sodium things (mayo, cheese, dressings, bacon)--that can make the sandwich just as bad for you as a quarter pounder with cheese. They have more fresh veggies and you can substitute healthier things like avocado (healthy fat) and spinach for mayo/ dressing and iceberg lettuce.

Subway! It's waaaay healthier than any other sub place (Quizno's has so much fat and so many calories!) and it tastes great.

You can get your serving of veggies by adding a bunch to your sub. They will put on whatever you want and they have so many breads to choose from! yummy..
