I am 5'11 and I stay in shape, etc. But I feel depressed sometimes because I'm always bigger than every other woman I'm around. help!

I love tall women. When I was in my teens, I met a girl who was just under 6 ' tall. At that time (the '70s) platforms and tall heels were in fashion, and I saw her wearing them and she just towered over everybody. I just had to meet her, and chatter her up and we arranged to see each other. When I went to take her out, she arrived at the door in flat soles, (I am 5'9") and I said, " why aren't you wearing your tall shoes", she replied " some guys feel intimidated if I am taller than them" for which I replied, "not me honey, go back in and put on your tallest shoes". She did and she looked spectacular in them, and towered over me. I loved it and her, and we had the greatest time. Don't worry sweetie, I am sure you are lovely, and the right guy will come along who doesn't care how tall you are, or like me will like you even more because you are tall.

I am 5'9" and based on my own personal experience, most of the confident men out there goes for women who are taller than the rest. I believe it has something to do with the fact that taller women are more statuesque by nature. I dated men of all shapes and sizes, some are as tall as I am, some taller and some even smaller.
I even dated a guy who's just 5'4" tall because it just astounded me that someone of that height does not have a problem with how tall I am.
Be proud of your height, a lot of women wants to be taller. That is a physical asset you can use to your advantage. :)

Why, the average guy in the US is about 6" and 180 pounds. I can't even do runway modeling because I am only 5' 6" so I have to settle for print work. You have legs as long s I would love to have. Most upscale guys love long legs and thin builds, and clothes are perfect for that height. Why be depressed?

What do you care about the women, your not going to date them I hope. Most guys today are 6' and over. I an 6'2" and don't even consider myself tall anymore. At your height, you must have fantastic legs. Wear heels and stockings and show them off, do not try to be round shouldered and run around in flats, it looks terrible in tall women. Stand up straight and be proud of hour height, I am sure it is stunning.

I'm sure you look fine, don't judge yourself by comparing to the "perfect people", they aren't all that anyway. it's easy to beat ones' self up, but sounds like you really shouldn't be doing that. because you are tall you, are going to be bigger than someone 5'2". they probably wish that they were your size, no ones happy..

I can feel about their shoulders, then I have to start stretching. Haha, seriously, I have no problem with it so long as they don't. A lot of tall people seem arrogant to me.

I sometimes find it refreshing to be with a tall women. Being 6'3 it is nice to talk to women eye to eye.

are you kidding? tall girls are a treasure! thats why most models are taller than average. its easier to look into their eyes, easier to kiss and long legs drive guys crazy.
