How can I get people to take me seriously isntead of letting them to let me down.

Make your hair dark if you dont want to do that. Be more reserved and and more serious. Over time it will work. Stay focus on what you do and not so much what is going on around you.

The way to earn respect is to respect others, If you react in a negative manner people will respond the same to you. You must earn respect, it is not given. Be open, be fair, do NOT gossip and above all do your job well. Carry your end of the work load. And smile and be pleasant.

Practice makes perfect. Decide what changes you want to make in your life and start little by little. It won't happen overnight but if you stay focused at keep at it you' ll be successful and respected. Remember you have to respect yourself first before you can be respected.
