Let me see, there was nothing he could have done about 911 but yet it is his fault because he was at a school visiting.
( we did not know it was terrorist till the 2nd plane hit, so only a chance to shoot on the other two

And let me see, we did find weapons just recently that was hid, we also found fair evidence that alot of them went out right before the attack by plane, we found were they were made, found the scientist that worked on them. ( not sure what level of proof a person wants)

And of course it is not ( or was not before this) the Federal Goverments job to react to hurricane. It has been proved many ways that the actual New Orleans Dike boards, misused alot of the funds sent to them. The City failed to do the plan they had. The federal government can also only act after getting permission from the state, ( that state right issue( but they did not want to give away thier rights till it was too late.

Even now the state is restricting the use of 100's of trailers by holding them to zoning standards.

I think the Federal government did more than it had to, and the state government and esp the city did nothing at all right and was the real cause of the problem, and they elected the same mayor back who cases all the problems.

The Katrina disaster was mostly because the mayor of New Orleans failed to force evacuation on the people. Next the governor of the state did not get the national guard activated and in place to lend support before the disaster. Naturally after they messed things up everyone pointed to Washington. FEMA made tons of mistakes but the initial fault was the local governments. As for the 911 thing You seem to forget there was not enough time to intercept the planes. As for Iraq you need to catch up on reality. Saddam gave the world the finger and only Bush had the nuts to do something about it. If Clinton were in off he would have done what he did before. Throw a few missiles that way and get back to Monica. One head is better than no head. Right??

Okay, you learned some punctuation. Now try that CHECK SPELLING thing once and a while.

He was reading to school children when the WTC was hit. Don't you think it would have scared the crap out of them if he just shut the book and ran out? Someday they will understand what happened on 9-11, and they might not even remember that it was the same day Mr. Bush read to them.

You seem to be stuck on this Katrina thing. I don't know where you live, but I live in a state that got hit by four hurricanes in one year. Three of them hit my house. We knew about them ahead of time, so we stockpiled water and batteries, and canned food. People who lived near the beach went to a safer place. They chose not to do that in New Orleans- and you can't say the warnings were not there. I live in FL and we knew that hurricane was going to hit the Gulf states a week before it did.

New Orleans was a tragedy waiting to happen. For years, there were bad people at the local governments who were stealing all the money that was supposed to be used to build the levees- to keep the water from flooding the city.
So when the hurricane hit, the levees failed.

None of that is President Bush's fault. Not that it matters, since he was re-elected a year before Katrina hit.

Now, the war in Iraq-no one likes that we're there. But someone had to take down Saddam Hussein. You might not understand that now, but when they teach you about a guy named Hitler in high school, you will see that they had a lot in common.

1) Why, yes we have found WMDs. I guess you don't watch the news.

2) (CBS/AP) "A newly released videotape shows even more confusion among government officials on the day Hurricane Katrina slammed into the Gulf Coast. In the new tape, Louisiana's governor is seen assuring federal emergency management officials that New Orleans' levees were holding — hours after a levee breach had been reported."

Why don't you educate yourself about the federal government's responsibilities regarding state disasters? The feds can't do anything until a state governor asks for assistance. The Lousiana governor didn't officially request for federal help until after the levees broke. You think the feds can just roll in whenever they want? The U.S. Constitution forbids that from happening.

To alainanmommy143 below: What was Slick Willie doing when the World Trade Center was bombed back in 1993? Anyone have an idea? Why isn't it common knowledge? Why is President Bush's location and activities so widely known and criticized, but absolutely NO ONE knows what Clinton was doing? I'll tell you want he was doing: Researching cigars and interns.

Honestly...how many times is this exact same question going to appear on Answers? Well...the spelling and grammar often get worse...but it's still the same gist.

About WMDs: The United States has sold WMDs to Iraq...why else would we claim that Iraq has them? Hussein has used biological weapons in the past to kill hundreds of thousands of his own people. Where are the WMDs now? One of two things: He's used them already, or they aren't in plain sight.

About Katrina: It's not Bush's fault that people in the South are dumb. Weather services could've told you that a hurricane was near, but no one pays attention. How many times has a state in the south been hit by a hurricane? And what happens after the hurricane? They move into the exact same spot. Lightning may never strike the same place twice, but hurricanes sure as hell do. I guess Bush could've knocked some sense into them...but they probably wouldn't have gotten the hint.

where do you come up with this? michael moore didn't give a DAMN cent to ANYONE from Columbine, OR families from 9/11. I'm sure the president didn't make a huge desicision in a few seconds. the fourth plane, he could've ordered it shot down because it wasn't over a major city. ****IN TEENS! grow up!

"He said you can shoot but the goverment did not because he did not want to shoot done inocent planes". -well NOBODY has ANY say over an order by the commander in cheif. If he says "Do it", they HAVE to. there is no teenage rebellion thing going on in washington. If a three star general, disreguards a direct order he will go to prision. obviously him saying it and them not listening is just absurd.

I wish I could have voted for him but here is why I would have. First off Katrina, Bush expected the governors of those states to prepare their states for the elements. The reason is that he knows he is not an expert of that individual state but the states governor should be, he would have helped much more if the state governors had requested it.

Now Mass Destruction. HE HAD THE SAME INTELLIGENCE THAT WE HAD!!!!!!!!! THE PICTURES SHOULD WMD'S. Amen

Ask yourself this important question: Do you hate the president? I feel that people, such as yourself, so such divisiveness that no matter what anyone says in response to your question (however legitimate) you won't accept it. Take these questions individually and thoroughly research each one . . . don't rely on rumors or late night comedy for your material. The president didn't become the president by being a moron. Quite the contrary . . . I also suspect that were you to fairly investigate each of his actions, you might find that you would have done the exact same thing.

Because he was the better choice at the time, both times. If there were any real candidates in either election, they would have won hands down. It says a lot about America in the way they voted. They said I know this guy isn't the best choice for America, but he is a better choice than Kerry and Gore. The past is the past, leave it in the past.

OMG!!! People really get on my nerves, Bush is an idiot and he admitts it!! He can't spell or speak properly!! He said at one point in time that he relies on his wife to help him with his educational shortcomings!! Hello if you can't properly spell or speak you have NO business running a country!! Please go to google and search "loose change", it is worth watching and will explain why Bush sat there in the school after he was told by his officials that the planes crashed into the towers. I am totally for impeaching this man!!
