Already a couple of great answers here!
I'd have to vote for Deadpool. While Sabretooth and Deadpool do both possess an enhanced healing factor, fighting ability edge goes to Deadpool - he's been trained longer than Sabretooth, I would imagine - being Weapon X and all - although Sabretooth has been in various programs, he just seems more feral to me.
Deadpool does utilize a lot of weapons, and that beats out claws anyday.
His teleportation rocks as well - if he was getting beat down, he could just 'port 50 feet away to catch a breather and let his healing factor set up shop.
I think that Deadpool would be closely matched to Sabretooth - but here's the catch: whomever loses their cool would start going down faster, and since Sabretooth DOESN'T have adamantium (anymore!) it'd be easier for Deadpool to do a little slice 'n' dice of his head....
And who'd lose their cool first? Well, since Wade's a born motormouth, he'd get Creed soooo riled up, that Sabretooth would crack first.....

Deadpool. Ok, interesting match up, since both fighter are similar in the way that they both have the healing factor so it is going to be pretty hard to injure eachother. Sabretooth has the speed and agility advantage and he's much stronger too. However, Deadpool is not a pu$$y either, he's a highly trained spy and killer. The only reason why I think that Deadpool is going to win is because he uses weapons in his fights and everyone knows that weapons are much better then bare hands right? Although Sabretooth will keep healing, eventually his healing factor will slow down little by little and Deadpool will finish him off. However this is going to be a Really! long fight since the both fighters have the healing factor, and if Deadpool does not finish off Sabretooth quick enough, he is most likely to tire out before and then he is going to loose since sabretooth is more of an animal so therefore has greater stamina.

Initially I would say Sabretooth, but Deadpool may have the most powerful healing factor in the entire Marvel universe. He's healed from having his brain blown into bits, twice in one book, and from having another man teleport straight INTO his body tearing him apart from inside. Yes, it was done for laughs, but its accepted as for real in the Marvel U.

Deadpool with out a doubt... I am assuming you are a comic fan too.... The steath and wit will beat out the muscle any day...Prof X can't even get up and he cleans house...
