It depends on the temperature and humidity... I assume you are talking about a painted turtle or slider, which are very common in MI and all over the US. It takes an average 60-75 days to incubate.

about 2 months if you incubate them between a constant temp of 75-85degrees longer if incubated any cooler or they cool down at night. Eggs in the wild are typically laid in early june and hatch in august to september so may take as long as 3 months
