what should be the maximum miles on a new car to be considered new vs demo?

should have no more than 25... as that is the Maximum the car needs to ge moved...any more... some greaseball has taken it for a joy ride... my car had 13 at pick up and I was skepticle... also they do need to take it for a Trial run to notice any defects before they release it...

You can have as many miles as you want on a car if you want to demolish it. To be considered new, it just needs to be vacuumed and washed.
