get a box of dryer sheets that are very strong like bounce and use a sheet and rub it on the clothing. it "soaks" up the food odor and freshens at the same time.

properly while you're making waiting to circulate out, stay on your room with the door closed while nutrition is cooking and function an air freshener going or a candle or an aerosol, yet dont mixture the candle and aerosol... shop your closet closed and use fabric softener as properly as dryer sheets interior the laundry. placed on lotion and physique spray and use a good smelling shampoo confirm your room is ventilated yet dont use the A/C this is going to deliver all the smells of the residing house into your room. close the vent and open the window and activate a fan. wash your linens a minimum of bi-weekly in case you like a rapid fix, i often placed lotion and physique spray on my physique formerly i'm getting dressed, then placed slightly physique spray on good, then i walk interior the wind for a couple of minutes.

hang them up and spray them with Febreeze - it smells like the spray for a minute, then all smell goes away.
you can buy a little travel size mist-sprayer at Target or Walmart then pour Febreeze in it to travel. (cheaper than buying travel size of Febreeze, if it even comes in small bottles)
if you have smelly food wash around your mouth - not in it - with some water & lemon juice, do the same with your fingers if you handled smelly food, too.
or you can try hanging the clothes on the shower curtain rod in the bathroom & turning on the shower with steaming hot water & try steaming them..?

whatever u do don't use deodorants or sprays because thats the worse thing of all. try to ignore it and when you do get a chance wash it or take a 2nd change of clothing.

You need to re-organise your life so you CAN get the chance to change and wash. It's simply a must for personal health.

Fabreze spray may be ok for the short term. A washing is the best way though.
