Like any politician, he can't force his own personal views on the country and his power is very limited. We can't blame the president for everything that goes wrong and when something does go right - we can't say it's all because of who is the President. The President is like a CEO - more of a figurehead. There are tons of people who put pressure in different areas of the political system to get ahead - and the majority does NOT always rule. Politics are a twisted and sick game - it's more about money than truth or majority vote. I trust President Bush, but I know he can't make the world right and his personal views are not being fulfilled within his office. At least he has strong enough morals not to get his sexual needs fulfilled by playing around with the interns! He knows the white house isn't a ladies XXX nightclub. I wouldn't have wanted THAT guy in front of our nation during a war!

If Clinton had taken care of Iraq when he had the chance instead of being scared to stand up to him, then Bush would not have ever had 911 to deal with. Bush just had the bad timing of having to take over after Clinton's Affair (pardon the pun) in the white house. He ended up on the clean up crew. If Clinton had been a stronger President, then Bush would not have had to be the bad guy that everyone wants to make him out to be. I don't agree with everything he has done, but, I don't blame him for the problems that were already coming his way before he ever took office.

thank the Lord that in 2008 i'll be 18 and i will be able to vote for our new president...i'm also very thankful that bush can not run for 2008 cause he is going to be serving presidency for 8 years!...bush cant even be at a press conference without stuttering or saying ummm for like 2 minutes because he's not good at public speaking or anything......he has ruined America...

He is a well meaning person, manipulated by super-devious professional crooks & cronies. The analogy of the parents of Gary "Arnold" Coleman is in my opinion an accurate one: manipulative handlers swindled him for what he's worth and sucked him dry, and now he's a darn security guard or whatever.

This is the same for Bush. The people he trusted to do a good job are duping him into thinking that his administration is doing the right thing even though they are using it for their own personal gain.

Can't you see that when he gives a speech? He's like a little kid making excuses to his parents (American public)
