side of leg/calf, lower back, upper shoulder blade, foot?

I would have to say shoulder blade, but the least pain full is the shoulder. The foot is prob one of the most pain full calf/ leg falling in the middle.

From the selection above it would be either leg/calf or lower back, I know the shoulder blade hurts, and the same with the foot.

Upper shoulder blade. Theres more fat there.

for me it was my upper arm right below my shoulder, had it done twice and it just tickled except when he was near bone
