OK. There is this 20 year old guy that still lives with his parents and they stayed at our house. He was in boot camp and always says " this one time at boot camp" anyways he hit me with a pillow and it hit my stud earring and i said "Ow stud!" and he flipped out and my friend was like " Stud muffin ahaha! No you're just a muffin!" My dad started calling him that and so did everyone else and he got all pissy about it. Haha. Muffin!

Ah, yeah - if I was a guy. Muffin is a nickname typically given to little girls.
He seems to have some kind of prior sensitivity to the Stud comment too. You might want to apologize and tell him that it was really not your intention to call him that and you are sorry he was offended (and tell your dad to stop it too!).

Why are you upset? It's just a nickname. When I was a teen, I worked at McDonald's and they all called me Nancy Muffin. I thought it was cute.

muffin usually refers to females, as in muff diving, muffin is your genitals, or your poosey, so in effect you are calling him a poosey, wander why he is offended.
