Do you look at the colour of your urine when you pee?

I think most people look, but most people don't know what it means to have dark or light pee. But I KNEW!!! YAY FOR ME!

yes. You should, because the clearer it is the better it is for you. the darker it is means that you are not drinking enough water. and it should not be too frothy especially for men. It also depends on what you have consumed i.e., vitamins etc. because these can also change the colour of the urine.

If you take a lot of Vitamin B, then your pee is going to be really, really bright yellow. It's kinda funny, but just your body's way of saying you are getting more B than you need!

Everyone should look at it, color and odor are signs of change or problems. Dark is not nesicarily bad. Certain foods or medcations, large amounts of vitamin c or Phenazopyridine/Pyrdium, will change the color.

actualy that is wrong! my doctor told me to watch my urine yes watch my urine and he said if it is dark then that means you are holding it too long. but you are right that clear is good

actually, ur wrong. when ur body has the right balance of vitamins and minerals daily, (along w/waterwaterwater) itll be bright yellow
