This can be really tough... Unfortunately, some water or humidity got in there. A hair dryer might work, but if you can't see anything, this sounds pretty serious and the phone might be damaged. The store you got it from might be able to pop it open and wipe the moisture off; otherwise it may be time for a new phone. This should not occur if the phone was made properly, because it is supposed to be made under zero humidity conditions, so I would consider this a manufacturing defect. You should be covered by a warranty.

Hair Dryer. Happened to me and hair dryer worked great if u need to take battery off.
