I have a better chance fostering a child from another country than I do one from this one. (doesn't matter the race)
The children from this country need love just as much as any other child, but they also have many more mental problems...

Or course i can! Kids should be treated with kindness and ppl don't know half of how they lived their lives w/o any parents. Those kids are true troopers.
