I'm looking for a mini getaway for my fiance and I one weekend. We love staying at places that are hidden away or set in small little towns. Prefer places that are 3 hours or less away from Columbus, OH.

I recommend going to Granville Ohio. There is a wonderful bed and breakfast in Alexandria, Ohio. Its less than 40 minutes from Columbus. If you are active you can do kayaking in Blackhand Gorge. Of you can visit Longaberger about 45minutes away. Or you can just relax in the beautiful hideaway and use the hot tub. This is an INCREDIBLY romantic and relaxing place. There is wonderful dining available to the west in Granville (home of Denison University).
The prices are very reasonable and my boyfriend and I LOVED it.

Hmmmm... try to get a place near Niagra Falls. That's not too far away from Columbus.
