every1 will tell u to use this and dat: im not saying they are wrong but!

my mother had been tellin me this waaay before i hit puberty. im

now '16' zitless. what you have to do is, NOT use ANY of those

zit products on your face jus use a towel in the shower(using the

warm water) to remove the grease that causes you to break out

(even thoguh you might not have oily skin)

EVERYONE SHOULD TRY THAT!

and ya: whatever result you get, holla back at me!!

For on-the-spot treatments for zits you have right now, use any product with 10% Benzoyl Peroxide, which is the highest percentage available without a dermatologist's prescription. Buy the basic CVS type brand, not the fancy labeled Neutrogena or whatever brand, because the brand name costs less and has the same exact ingredients. Use face washes twice a day that contain high percentages of salicylic acid, which is also a common medicine put in most acne product. It is often easy to find out how much of these ingredients is added into skin care products, by looking at the "main ingredient" section of the product's bottle/case. Use foundations (like the one by Neutrogena, and several other N. products) that contain these ingredients while still improving the overall appearance of your skin. Try not to use any face products that don't say "hypoallergenic", as they might cause adverse skin reactions. Use strong astringents like those found in Stridex face pads (I use them, they're great) to control oil, and get oil blotting sheets. Apply lots of lotion to keep your skin softer and in better shape.

Beyond actual face products to use, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, remain physically active (releases chemicals into your body that stimulate the organs, including the skin, which is an organ), take vitamins (especially vitamin E, for skin), and try to cut out the fatty, greasy, oily foods, though cutting these out of your diet has been proven to not have such great effects on your skin as previously thought. Try to not touch your face during the day (use sponges when applying makeup) and be sure to wash 2X a day.

I know how you feel. I am not a teen but still suffer skin problems.
I totally recommend a dermatologist. If that is not possible for you, here are a few tips my dermatologist gave me.
Always, always use an oil free product for cleansing your skin. If the packaging does not say oil free, then it isn't. Alot of acne cleansers on the market can really dry your skin out so be really careful. Spectro Gel is really good, although it takes a while to get used to because it doesn't lather, but I like it because it doesn't irratate my skin.
Make sure you follow up with a toner and then a moisturizer. This may sound funny but please do it. The toner gets rids of dead skin cells and the moisturizer keeps your skin colour balanced.
Key-remember to use oil free. Good luck!

Drink lots of water to keep your system and blood flushed. Give up soda pop, smoking. Wash with a skin care line rather than body soap. Never use a face cloth or towel on face more than one time. Wash face 2 times a day. Rinse face very well & Pat dry. take vitmins and notice what you eat and if your skin reacts.Try a natural product like Noevir that combines science and nature.

Yes, Try Proactiv.

It really works, really like they say and you'll really notice the diff in three weeks.

The only thing is, is that you will have to keep using it daily to get the best results. The more you use the more you have to buy, but it is worth it.

I would use either proactive or the acnefree face wash it really helps. Also if you don't eat as much sugar or drink a lot of pop that will help too.
