actually career casual means nothing to fancy ex: bussiness suite .. but nothing absolute casual like jeans and a tank top. you should go with something that doesn't show too much skin. So like a nice pair of slacks and a blouse.

Career casual or also called, "business casual means dressing professionally, looking relaxed yet neat and pulled together. Business casual is not a license to be sloppy or dress inappropriately. That means no shorts, low-cut shirts, flip-flops, ratty jeans or T-shirts. It does mean respecting and following your company's dress code."
I'll add to this, no underwear showing, no bare tummies, no see-through tops, no kitten heels, no athletic shoes. You want to look ready for business but not buttoned down in a suit. Don't dress the way you would for going to the beach or for going to a party.

According to my boss, dress pants and a button-down shirt. Skirts are acceptable, but no minis. Basically, something you could wear to say, a graduation, church, etc. No jeans, no t-shirts, no shorts....khakis and capris are a gray area...best to stick with the dress pants and blouse/button-down shirt.
