You can get a book the brand is (Hyanes) or equivalent... they are owers manuals for changing just about everything... second option is going to a forum or chat site for fords... they exist all over... thirdly just ask a friend maybe they can locate it... finally since refrigerant is a hazardous material I wouldn't do it as it also requires a special charging machine... If all else fails go to the dealer in your area...
