No way, in NYC, anything less than 900 for a studio!!!! Anywhere in NYC. My sis has been there forever. BTW, I pay $3200 for a large 2 bedroom 2 and a half bath in downtown DC.

in grand blanc, Michigan I pay $410 a month for 800sq feet the only utility I pay is gas/electric.
