Get to the root of your problem and try Ottawa - it's full of Canadians with Canadian blood. If there's going to be a counselling service for your condition, it'll be there.

You don't need counsel ling, you need repentance and prayer.
If you believe hard enough and have faith, God can change that for you. It is a choice, to be of Canadian blood or not. Choose right, so you can go to heaven.
