It might be the battery on the mother board might need to be replaced. Do that first.

The motherboard battery is probably getting low. If that's the trouble, and you replace the battery, you can download an atomic clock for the system. Go to http://www.download.com, search for atomic clock. Some are free. Read the reviews

Your CMOS battery is probably low and needs to be replaced. Don't leave a dead battery on your motherboard for too long, because it can leak and cause a lot of damage.
