Very illegal here but we still blast off every year til the cops show up. That adds to the fun.

The legality of fireworks varies from state to state. You can always plan to visit a state where it is legal next year. Have your fireworks there.

Excepting a few types of fireworks, they are legal in Virginia.

Oh Yeah! I miss my old house that my neighbor burnt to the ground with an alcoholically aimed firework. Total idiot!!! I admit that some people know what they are doing, but most think they do and don't. If you are an amateur--- either get lessons or quit screwing around with stuff you don't understand. I don't want to be a killjoy, but if you watched your every belonging go up in flames because some moron didn't think about the angle of decent.... you would be pissed too.

Just move to South Carolina. They are legal here all year round and we have dozens of places selling them

Not in GA, but I live on the state line and they are legal in TN!

They're not legal in 'soda, but they are in Wisconsin so we buy them there. I love the fact that people are saying "they're legal in my state, so move here"....*shakes head*

Don't you have an indian reservation near you? You can still get them there....of course they will be illegal once you take them off the reservation.
