If a man is having a problem having an erection it is because of one of two things. Physical or emotional. To rule out physical this test is done while he sleeps. If he gets an erection it proves the problem is emotional and there is nothing wrong with him physically. If he doesn not get an erection during the whole night, he has a physical problem.
