In History? Rice, Jerry Rice changed the WR position to what it is today. His high flying jumps and glue-like hands created a mold that receivers are picked from today.
Current? I like Randle El. His ability to catch, and throw is like no other. If given the chance, he could be a top 5 receiver in the NFL, but going to washington he wont. He will always live under Moss' shadow.

Randy Moss is the best WR in the game of football when 100% healthy.
No love for Marvin Harrison but for Coles and Toomer?!?
Without being a homer (all Colts WRs), I admire Hines Ward's grit and TO's athletic prowess. But my favorite is actually Roy Williams, I think with Martz he'll be very special.

Again, Steve Smith and Chad Johnson are on the top right now.
But, again, being a Raider fan my favorite is Randy Moss.
And why isn't Marvin Harrison up there? He is also one of the best, and future hall of famer.
