The only requirements the code has for private bathrooms is that the toilet must be centered in a space 30 inch's wide minimum with 24 inches clear space in front of it (the door can swing into that 24 inches if necessary because it can be closed and the space is still available). The shower stall is required to be large enough to hold a circle that is 30 inches in diameter and at least 1024 square inches in total floor area. You meet those requirements and the room can be as small as you can possibly make it.

A typical toilet is about 18" wide x 28" deep, and a typical sink is roughly 20" wide X 18" deep. To conserve space, you might use a sink that fits in a corner, with a bowl that fits diagonally against the corner. There are also shower stalls that have a diagonal entry, which might also give you a little extra space. Try placing the sink and the shower across from each other away from the door (for example, the sink in the northeast corner and the shower in the northwest corner) and the toilet behind the door.

Don't know how I can show you, but I had a bath in a studio apartment that was 5 X 5 with all three. Door opened into the hall. Standing in the doorway: 32" shower straight ahead facing right, toilet in front of shower facing door side, 18" vanity in front of toilet on side wall.

Anyway, hope it helps.

Kohler makes a 36"x36"x72" round corner shower that would fit perfectly. You can get a 24" vanity and a standard toilet. Then it's just a matter of placing them where they look best to you.

Yes.
They will fit and you will also have room for a cabinet, water heater, or shelves. You may want to hinge the door to open outward or put in a pocket door, where the door slides into the wall.

Every cheap hotel has done it! Go check out their layout. You could litterally soak your feet in the tub, wash your hands, and sit on the throne all at once. Kinda cool!!! Even though you have to sit sideways. lol

Yes you can do it. But do not kill any one at the Lake house
Your bath room will be too small for clean up.
