According to the bible, Jesus of Nazareth was named by the Angel Gabriel.

His mother spoke aramaic and hebrew so the name was hebraic.

How you say it depends on how it is translated to your language.

It is the same name that is spelled Joshua in the old testament (you know the guy with the walls of Jericho).

In english through the greek (the new testament comes to us from greek texts) we say Jesus (Gee-zus).

Hispanics usually say Jesus (Hey-suse).

I'm not sure what you mean by His "real" name but perhaps this is useful.

His mother named Him Jesus. Back then people in Israel didn't use last names, He was known as Jesus of Nazareth, because He grew up there.
