Anyway. Do you think latinos and african americans in china have too many kids? Because okay china has 4 billion people in it and about 3/4 are african american.

"Latinos", (actually, Mestizos), are the human equivalent of the cockroach. Where you see one, there are usually hundreds.

Also, China doesn't allow blacks or Mestizos within it's borders, except on rare occasion. And even then, they're watched closely. At the first sign of "typical behavior" from one of those people, the Chinese have them on a plane out of there or in prison.
