No. You can not get sick from your own bodily fluids, unless you have a disease like diabetes. You get STD's from infectious agents that enter your body from someone else. Infections are usually bacterial or viral in nature.

If you're asking if you could spread an STD that you already had, genitally, to other parts of your body (mouth), in the case of some diseases, such as herpes, then the answer is yes, you can.

No, you can't get an STD from your own sperm. If the sperm of yours has an STD in it, you already have the STD in you. No ways of giving yourself an STD from your own sperm.
