Getting private health insurance to cover prenatal care is going to be expensive if you can find it, since your pregnant. I would check with local health insurance agents; they should be able to let you know in a couple of minutes what kind of options you have (link below). Here are some thoughts:

1.Medicaid: http://www.fdhc.state.fl.us/Medicaid/
2.Free Clinics: http://medkind.com/Scripts/Modules/Module6/A2.idc
3.WIC: http://www.fns.usda.gov/wic/ - help with food, formula, and referrals to other social services
4.Florida KidCare: http://www.floridakidcare.org/ - not for pregnancy, but a discount health insurance program from the state for children.
5.Birthing Center: http://www.birthcenters.org/fabc/index.php - they are less expensive for a hospital. I don’t know a lot about them, though.
6.Private Insurance: http://www.mostchoice.com/health-insurance.cfm - Web site that’s free and there’s no obligation. Puts you in touch with Florida-licensed health insurance agents.

Hope this helps,

Check out the link I have here. It is about how to obtain Medicaid in your state. Medicaid is medical coverage for those with lower incomes. Even if you make a reasonable wage, if you are single and pregnant, you will likely qualify for some amount of aid.

Take care and good luck to you. : )
