absolutely know what u mean. May sound a little lame...but I'm a huge fan of Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean. Pirates wearing eyeliner is totally awesome

I think its kind of hott, but it really depends of what kind of person you are. Goths, Emos, and Rockers would think it looks good.

Guys who wear eyeliner are usually gothic and gothic just isn't my style so I would have to say its tacky.
