You could sue but it will be difficult to find an attorney to represent you. You can sue in civil court. You would be most likely wasting your money and the court and surgeon's time but you might be lucky and get some media attention.

You should sue your parents for having such an idiot for a son. Maybe you could get a monkey brain transplant while you're at it. It would be better than the brain you have now. Where would a doctor even GET a horse's tail, anyway? Step away from the computer immediately, you shouldn't be allowed near a keyboard again.
