666 has nothing to do with a date.
AND HE CAUSETH ALL, BOTH SMALL AND GREAT, RICH AND POOR, FREE AND BOND TO RECEIVE A MARK IN THEIR RIGHT HAND OR IN THEIR FOREHEADS;
AND THAT NO MAN MIGHT BUY OR SELL, SAVE HE THAT HAD THE MARK, OR THE NAME OF THE BEAST, OR THE NUMBER OF HIS NAME.
HERE IS WISDOM. LET HIM THAT HATH UNDERSTANDING COUNT THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST; FOR IT IS THE NUMBER OF A MAN; AND HIS NUMBER IS SIX HUNDRED THREESCORE AND SIX.
As you can see, it has nothing to do with a date.

It's a NUMBER. Also it is 6-06-2006 or 06-6-2006. It isn't 666. Stop worrying about it. I don't know WHY people think that the DATE has any meaning. The number only has meaning if it is on the forehead or forearm. Add to that that most people will have to TAKE the mark.

nothing to worry... in chinese numerology if you add 06+06+06 it will be 18. 1+8=9... so theres really nothing wrong with it... and the number 666 is just a number in the bible

Silly girl june 6 2006 is just a day like many others..has nothing to do with the mark of the beast...even if that were a day which it is not it would be the 6th day of the 6th month in the year 6 and being as your son is not 2000 years old it is very obvious he is not the Anti-Christ...although the Anti Christ was not born on that day either....If you are being bothered by people who are mentaly challenged I would just suggest you avoid them.

Chick, I couldn't care any less when your son's birthday is, let alone if it was 6-6-06. And to be honest, I don't think anyone else will care either, so quit being so self righteous about it and how your son is the world to you blah blah blah and just raise your damn kid.

It's just awful to even think that there might be people out there who would have a problem with a baby born on a certain date. It's ridiculous!
Babies are beautiful and precious and should mean the world to us no matter what. At least it will be an easy date to remember.

Congratulations! It is a date, just like any other. Nothing wrong with the number. I hope your son's future birthdays are a reason to celebrate and NOT argue with fanatical people. Some folks are just plain ignorant. Many happy birthdays to you!

Like you said. I's a number. You need to convince yourself prior to posting questions.
