Favorite Star Wars movie!?

For me episode three is my favorite Star Wars movie!

For me, it is a tie between Sith and Jedi. As Anakin Skywalker, Hayden really improved as an actor, espescially once he had turned to the Dark Side. The fight scene between Anakin and Obi-Wan was incredible (as was the one between Yoda and the Emperor) and I think John Williams really outdid himself with Battle of the Heroes. It was an incredible score.

As for Return of the Jedi, everything comes into full circle. The Emperor is defeated, Anakin is redemmed, Luke becomes a Jedi, and Han and Leia *finally* get together ^_~

If I had to rank them:
1. Episode IV A New Hope
2. Episode V The Empire Strikes Back
3. Episode III Revenge of the Sith
4. Episode VI Return of the Jedi
5. Episode II Attack of the Clones
6. Episode I The Phantom Menace

I like Episode IV the best because it can stand on its own as a complete movie. The other 5 movies all need each other to make sense. However, IV would still be a great movie even if the others weren't made (I shudder at the thought of a world without all 6 movies!!!!)

That's a hard question; I love them all! But if I had to live with one, it would be Star Wars Episode VI: The Return of the Jedi because it's the icing of the cake. It finishes the Star Wars series, and starts the Expanded Universe.

OK of all six movies there are two that I think are the best - 1 and 3

1 because its the start of all the drama and Ewan (Obi Wan is hot). Oh and i'm a girl so girls like the movie too for all the boys out there.

3 because it shows the change in all the main people everyone is have a hard time and life ain't so dandy in the world of the jedi.

It's the original - Episode IV.

That's the one that was on TV all the time when I was growing up. I didn't see Empire and Jedi until years later - and, of course, Episodes I, II and III until years after that. Episode IV is great just as a self-contained story. You have to see all the others to appreciate it fully, but it stands on its own too.

Gotta go with Revenge of the Sith. The last battle scene was awesome, not to mention the birth of Darth Vader. It's great to get the background of the original movies, and with the fantastic special effects it makes it all the better! Yah Darth Vader!

I think that my favorite is Episode 1.

I like the bad guy in this one (Darth Maul) as the actor was actually trained in martial arts.

I like that the fight scenes were cool and the music was awesome.

I enjoyed the fact that the jedi used their abilities a lot.

And (yes I am aware that I am setting myself up for flames) I really loved Jar Jar.
