Ok, my ex girlfriend is pregnant, we had sex, WITH condoms most of the time, however, there were a FEW times when i stuck it in without a condom, and ONE time when i pulled out before I came... THEN maybe a week later, someone broke in her apartment and raped her, using NO protection and unloading inside her, now she finds out she's pregnant, im worried that there is a POSSIBLITY it's mine, she says she took the morning after pill, but she waited like 3 days after the rape.... any helpful info out there?

The best thing is have a blood test done when the baby is born. But you almost sound as if you kind of hope it is yours. I'm sorry about what happen to her but how sure are You that she really was raped. Is it possible that she may just be trying to get you back or something? Not trying to be mean here ,,just I've see it before. In the mean time you need to decide if your going to support her through this or let her do it alone. Tough thing to decide on because if it's yours of course your want to support her and help her through this. If it's not then you still may want to decide if you want to be there or not for her.Or move on.

could be yours. Just because it was a few times and you think you pulled out before you came doesn't mean you did you ever heard of pre ejaculation. No well look it up that how me and my husband had out son LOL. Anyways if she is still pregnant just get a DNA test when the baby is born and don't be mean to her she is having a hard enough time as it is to day the least.

Well first off, I wouldn't be worried about whose baby it is. I would be worrying whether she was OK or not. I guess that is why she is your ex girlfriend. Sounds to me like you are an insensitive prick. If you were so worried about getting her pregnant, you should not have done anything without protection. You are making it sound like it is her fault she is pregnant. If it turns out that the rapist is the father than you can go on with your pathetic life, but if it is yours....you need to step up and take responsibility. Either way, I pity her.

if she used RU 486 the after pill she will not carry anyway so why the question? if the baby was or was not yours the pill will end the pregnancy. You may never know but, at this point there is no baby to have questions over. The pill will induce miscarriage UP TO 6 WEEKS of pregnancy. WHEN the morning after pill fails to work it can cause birth defects and a surgical abortion is always suggested.

Its hard to say if its your child or the other guys but if she has took the day after pill then theres not going to be a baby. Sometimes it takes a week or so to work and if it does not work then she will have to have an aboration. But you don't need to have sex without protection if your so worried about being a father.

The only way to know for sure is to have a paternity test. However , if she and you would like to keep the baby then for her mental and emotional health perhaps you should just assume the baby is yours. What good will it do any one to know the baby is the product of rape unless she can deal with that information . I don't know many women who could. If she needs to not have the baby then I wouldn't interfere with that either. IF the possibilty that it could be the rapists is too much for her to handle then just support her decision. Rape is physically, mentally and emotionally traumatic she needs to have those who love her suppport her and help her through it .

Simply wait until she gives birth and take a paternity test., if you are not willing to pay for the test, have her take you to child support as the judge will order a DNA test as your child is out of wedlock... two things might happen, he will either have both you pay the cost 1/2 and 1/2 or it may free.. (up to the judge discretion) - - - simply make sure that when you go to court and advise the judge that you are uncertain if this is your child and therefore you do not
