The initial hole would be smaller cause freakin rock is harder than 6mm aircraft aluminum. Slam an alumnium can into the side of your house & see if the can stays exactly the same shape. Shoot it at your house with a cannon & see if the hole is the same shape & size as the original can. Why is this so hard for people to understand?
And seriously for you nutso conspirousy theorists: the military aircraft that look like an airliner are much smaller or much larger than a 757.
See on link:
C-135 (707)
C-22 (727)
C-40/T-43 (737)
C-19 (747)
Further, WHAT gain could the President have gotten from such an event? He didn't need an excuse to go after Bin Laden or Afghanistan - the USS Cole had just been hit a couple months before he took office & there had been no response, he already had an excuse for that. He didn't need 9/11 to go to Iraq. He justified that with WMD & no one helped us anyway even with 9/11, so it didn't help. Every single thing the President has done he could have done just as easily w/o 9/11. People had the same crazy theories about FDR & Pearl Harbor, but they were BS then too. Accept reality, take a step back & look at what crazy thing your personal hate for this President is leading you to believe. It's silly, and it's disrespectful to everyone who has sacrificed.

The hole was not too small for a 757 because the building collapsed into the space where the plane hit and there was plane parts including the tail section of the plane and the remains of the wheel assemblies found outside and inside the building.

This issue is debatable. On one hand the plane would have basically disintegrated hitting a reinforced building at that speed, but then again, there are some witnesses that reported seeing something smaller hit the Pentagon...I wonder if we will ever know for sure, but it is something I am leaving open to further investigation.

Maybe it wasn't because the hole was bigger than the 757.

For the idiots that think a jet fighter hit the Pentagon. Why would the military attack itself? If you know post on here. Don't post it will make you look stupid.

because a 757 is bigger then the hole it made when it crashed, you answered your question in the question itself.

Because the paranoid out there need to be suspicious of something all the time, even in times of tragedy. I'm sure they think they fixed the moon landings too.

Cause if the hole was big enough, it would have passed through without a scratch.
