If you stop now, it might be okay. But this is assuming that you didn't over do it too much. The best thing to do girl, is go to your doctor immediately. This is not to be messed around with, and the best of luck to you.

This is a hard thing to say yes or no to. The only thing to do is go to the doctor and get a check up. If you stop all of those things you have been doing then the baby should be fine, the body is an amazing thing and will usually abort a baby before the 12 week period if there are any problems. Just make sure you are completely honest with your doctor and don't worry about being judged most women have gone through similar situations including myself. My daughter is 4 years old and I got absolutely plastered before I found out I was pregnant, And she is exceptionally smart for her age.

If you stopped it now and don't drink or smoke anymore throughout the pregnancy. Tylenol is fine and that is what you take during. If there was something wrong, the women's body is amazing and it would probably miscarried the baby by now. Call the OB in the morning and tell them your issues and ask for reassurance. They will know what to do and don't worry about it. You could have done worse!

Tylenol won't harm the baby. As long as you did only take the recommended dosage. I am 17 weeks pregnant with my second child and when I have any pains, I try to take a nap and if that does not help or I can't take the nap, I'll only take one pill (half the dosage). As for the alcohol and cigs,...... I hope that when you did those things, you were not aware of your pregnancy. Pregnancy is such a wonderful but important stage, especially the first trimester when your child is forming itself. You do only healthy things for yourself but mainly for your child. I have even stopped drinking soda. Nothing carbonated or caffeinated for me. And God knows that I cannot be a day without my soda but for my child I will. I did it for my daughter(1st pregnancy) and I'm doing it now. As for your use of alcohol and cigs, you do not specify how much or how long you used/did them. If it was stopped in a timely matter, then maybe nothing bad will happen. Just tell your ob/gyn about that incident and he/she will be more than happy to check. Anyways, I hope that you and your unborn child have a beautiful future. Cherish these moments for they are very special, no matter how much people tell you, when you go through them, you'll see for yourself. Take care and god bless.

No; when you're first pregnant you think everything harms your baby, but it's not true. You should stop smoking and drinking in excess, however. This would not be a good thing for the baby.

Tylenol is bad for everyone, not just fetuses.

as long as you stop now, nothing will happen. chances are you didn't know you were pregnant, so you had no control of the situation. Now be sensible. congrats!!!

If you stop now, you may be okay.
It's not smart to do that stuff, so just don't.
