put the watch in a cup and fill the cup with cat litter
let it sit buried in the litter overnight
in the morning, all better.

Why would you want to? I love the smell of leather! Buy a fabric watch band if it bugs you that much.

use a little baby powder under the band before you leave out. It will soak up old smells and prevent new ones.
