Falling for someone and loving someone aren't the same thing, and too many people confuse the two. I don't think you can 'fall out' of real love. Unless the trust is broken, that would be the only way. Don't cheat...The #1 rule of a relationship.
Also, I think too many people get married, or involved, thinking they will be able to change the other person this way or that. That isn't going to happen, trying to force someone to change will only cause problems. If you love them, you love them. If you can't deal with some things they do, either learn to, or don't commit. Do not count on changing them.

Love changes over time. It starts intensely at the beginning and after while it calms down then is becomes unconditional.

The first mode I will call the honeymoon mode. People feel as if that when this love changes and you start to settle in to you relationship marriage that the love is gone and leave. I think that is what my wife did. We through some major changes by having a baby and then she left 7 months later claiming she didn't love me anymore. But I know she still does by the things she says sometimes but also her family is telling her bullcrap and confusing her more.

I think people can fall out of love, if after falling in love, they are not good at living peacefully together. If they get in a lot of fights, and there are more hurtful words said than loving words, then I think the love does fade away.

Another reason could be a lack of time spent together, lack of shared interests, so that you really don't feel like a couple anymore. It becomes easier to imagine living your life without that other person, because it wouldn't alter your life drastically anyway.

sometimes ppl drift away, especially if onepartner moves on in career or takes up other interests... and the other simply remain the same. U meet new ppl with like interest and stuffs to talk about. then u come home to a spouse and talk about mundane things. When two ppl are no longer on the same wavelength, run out of things to talk and the sex is so-so. Well, i guess u can call that 'fell out of love'.

Is it that they fall out of love or find different interests. It's hard to say. His/your interests come into play as time moves on. When this happens, people move apart. Your interest may bring you to feel that it's time to move on or may have a direction that the other has no interest in. So, once again it comes down to love vs. interest, You decide !!!

Maybe because prince charming turned into a frog they tend to change not for the best but for the worst and boring . They forget how they did everything to keep you impressed and don't care anymore.

For me, it was too much pain to love them. He treated me like I was lower than him and I knew he wasn't worth it. Sadly enough, I fell for the same kind of guy again...

Because they don't know how to interpret their feelings correctly,
they're confused- between their companinion's love and their family's negative, immorally controlling and opposing pressures, people just emotionally self destruct.
