however mundane & tiring it may be for men to try and attract women,it is the 'challenge' that makes it fun in my opinion.although it seems like their efforts go unnoticed,it isn't necessarily true.some women enjoy playing hard to get.if men didn't enjoy the 'chase' then they should find someone 'easier' to get.sometimes it's annoying but in a vice versa situation,i probably wouldn't go after the guy who quickly submitted to my requests to go out on a date or kept telling me what i wanted to hear such as complimenting me because it seems too desperate & insincere.you've got to have some mystery & suspense in order to keep them interested.i've noticed that the more you ignore them, the more they might be attracted to you.persistence is key but often times,i think some of us are too obsessed/infatuated.if they don't show clear signs of return interest nor appreciate your efforts, then move onto someone more deserving of your time.

Remember that everyone is different and reacts in multiple ways from each other. Seems like you are talking from experience and you might need to tone down the energy. Make sure that you radiate positive friendly energy in an easy flowing way and if that does not work than it was not meant to be. Things happen for a reason and when you do what you think is right for yourself and for a woman then things run much smoother. Also dont try to label a relationship (like "what are we") because this will contain it rather than let it flourish into what it is suppose to be.

I think men do a lot more of the ignoring. Not in a "let's get together" way, but just in daily life. I mean, if a guy's watching football, never ever expect an intelligent response from him. (Providing of course that he's capable of an intelligent response when not watching football. :P)
As for the "let's get together" way, there's just no challenge in it. Most men are so desperate for sex that whether it actually happens or not is purely up to the woman. Stick any woman who looks reasonably decent in a room with 100 single men, and AT LEAST 99 of them would fall all over themselves trying to get with her. Where's the fun in that for the woman?
Maybe guys would get laid more often if they'd just quit trying so hard to get laid.

women ignore men so that men will spend so much time chasing them.IE: men will chase a woman until she catches him.
i think this is what makes the world go round, but i could be mistaken.

Duke, women 'pretend' to ignore you but believe me, they're rushing home and fondling themselves with your vision in their head!!! Actually, women like to play hard to get because, well, they're afraid of rejection and want YOU to make the first move. Makes it easy on them and plus, when YOU finally get the balls to ask them out, you're committed to payi for the date. Sucks but hey, it's the dues we men pay for our pussy. Does that make sense son?
