When someone dear to you, or even just someone you know dies....do you accept it as a natural case of what CAUSED the death (as in heart attack), or do you believe that there is a REASON for death (as in people's bodies just expire).

Physical death is not natural...it is natural evil.

Physical death is not original. It is imposed by God as a call back from moral evil (sin).

God's nature as infinitely good requires that natural evil (physical death) be removed when there is no further call back from moral evil (the earth is filled with the knowledge of the glory of God).

Moral evil is removed through regeneration and sanctification (God's grace to man in Christ).

The problem of evil is not a practical problem (how to avoid physical death) but an intellectual problem (If God is all good and all powerful why is there evil).

The solution is to see the connection between natural evil (physical death) and moral evil (spiritual death).

The goal is to turn from acts that lead to death (spiritual).

Spiritual death is meaninglessness, boredom, and guilt.

Spiritual death at it's root arises from neglecting, avoiding, resisting, and denying ones own nature as a rational being (failing to see what is clear about good and evil, God and man, life and death).

Spiritual life is given by God only to some and only in Christ.

Good question.

I didnt get your question. But I do think that there is (kinda) a biological clock ticking, and when the alarm finally goes off, your dead.
I dont believe in "natural"causes.

Everything in this world happens for a reason. If for nothing else, so that we will learn and grow with the knowledge gained.
