The referee who cautioned a player 3 times before being sending him off is Graham Cole.
He is or was actually a great referee before this match. He will not be officiated again in this world cup.

His name is Jorge Larrionda, and apparently he was banned/suspended from the world cup 02 for bad judgment, but anyway he reffed the France and Togo game on the other day... oh and hes from Uruguay and gave the third most red card so far.
